SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to make sure your booking request goes smoothly, but please note that it may be subject to Federal Airspace Restrictions, Scheduling Availability, and Weather. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred flight date and time, there may be rare instances where we can't due to airspace waivers or schedule conflicts. If this happens, don't worry! We'll let you know as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours) and work with you to either reschedule the flight or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If weather looks like it might be an issue, we'll keep you informed as part of our pre-flight communications.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we'll give you priority for rebooking, but unfortunately these types of cancellations are not eligible for refunds. The Pilot in Command on site has the final say on all flight matters, including any weather-related delays or cancellations on the day of the flight.
